Realgy Energy Services (Realgy) recently parted ways with NIPSCO.  Archer Energy, a licensed natural gas supplier in NIPSCO, entered into an agreement to acquire customers affected by this departure.  Realgy customers in NIPSCO won’t need to take any action; NIPSCO facilitated the transfer and will continue delivering natural gas and sending monthly billing statements.  The only noticeable change will be Archer Energy will soon be replacing Realgy as the supplier on their NIPSCO bill in the coming months; the terms of their existing agreement will continue unchanged with Realgy remaining responsible for all billing matters prior to the transfer and Archer responsible for all matters going forward.
